Actress Emma Stone has ditched her regular red hair and switched it up with a brand new colour and she’s unrecognisable.
The 30-year-old actress, who is currently starring in the historical comedy-drama The Favourite, has debuted rich, dark strands and we swear she looks like a completely different person.
While it’s summer here in the southern hemisphere, it’s mid-winter in the US and the perfect time to trade lighter locks for deeper, darker ones and Emma is going for it.
Unlike Hailey Baldwin who just strutted out of the salon sporting hair in a sweet candy pink and Priyanka Chopra who recently debuted sunny highlights to her naturally dark brunette locks, Emma has officially gone to the dark side.
The actress and activist (she is particularly focused on breast cancer following her mother’s battle with the disease and is also passionate about the topic of autism) floated down the red carpet at the 30th Annual Producers Guild Awards in Beverly Hills, California, on January 21, leaving photographers and fans alike stunned by her dramatic new appearance.
While we adored her strawberry blonde hue and also the rich red she has worn on and off for many years, we have to say this glossy gorgeous deep brunette is just perfect on her. The shade makes her clear, lovely pale skin glow and her green eyes sparkle.
If it were up to us, we’d have Emma keep this shade for as long as possible. It’s elegant, classic and all kinds of lovely. A little like Emma herself.
