A bride was left in tears after her groom organised a bumper car themed wedding.
Loz Hollins, 36, said it was at a fair that he knew he wanted to marry Kloe, 25, and decided to recreate that night.
‘I don’t want to do this. Why has it done this? What the f***?’ she sobbed when she saw what her future husband has in store for her wedding day on the Sky 1 series of Don’t Tell The Bride.
While Kloe wanted her grandfather to walk her down the aisle, Loz had a better idea: The bride would drive herself down the aisle in a dodgem car.
‘He’s gone for something stupid. It’s the bumper cars!’ Kloe sobbed to her mum.
The reception was held under a big top, and the theme extended to the cake, which had two dodgem cars on top.
The couple was given £15,000 (AU $25,000) towards their wedding, on the condition that the groom organized every detail – even the dress.
While Kloe said she wanted a Grecian style gown, Loz chose £1,500 strapless dress.
Breaking down in tears when she saw the dress, Kloe said ‘it is not what I would have chosen’, but she agreed to wear it anyway.
