Appearing on the latest episode on The Doctors, Lattanzi said she doesn’t know why she was so insecure growing up.

‘I look back at myself and I as a teenager and I’m like, “What a beautiful young woman,”‘ she said. ‘What was I thinking? Why was I so insecure?’

Preferring a more natural look these days, the 30-year-old said she’s had some procedures removed.

‘When I was in the height of my body dysmorphia, I had a whole bunch of fillers,’ she said.
