Even though the show has only been on air for a few weeks, the winner of The Bachelor is already television’s worst-kept secret.
The identity of the woman who ends up with Richie Strahan is widely known.
Despite security being tightened after last year’s winner of The Bachelorette was leaked on the day the final episode was screened, media became aware of this year’s Bachelor outcome when Richie took the final three contestants to Bali in June.
Last week, an unnamed photographer made headlines when he reportedly placed a $10,000 punt through betting agency Sportsbet.
‘I tried to bet $10,000 but the system wouldn’t allow it,’ the photographer told Sydney newspaper The Daily Telegraph.
