Ariana Grande needs to look good at all times and so she has devised a very clever way to keep her trademark lip gloss looking rich and shiny no matter what. You might like to try it? But you’ll need a gloss-loving mate alongside you.
And here’s why. If the singer and actress feels her lip gloss has faded she takes a quick look around the room to see who is wearing similar gloss – and then gives them a smooch to steal their colour.
Ariana revealed the hilarious makeup tip during a behind-the-scenes video filmed for Teen Vogue.
The frank and funny video was filmed while Ariana posed for the magazine’s February issue cover. The Thank U Next star said this was a makeup routine she and her close pal Elizabeth Gillies relied upon when they felt their gloss was lacking and there was no makeup artist available to help them out.
Turns out it works super well! But you will need a willing mate before you try this and, she’ll need to favour the same shade of gloss as you.
If that doesn’t appeal then you might like to opt for lip colours that have more staying power than the average gloss. These include lip stains and of course lipsticks, in particular matte versions which tend to last longer than anything else.
