“She’s been going for regular check-ups with her doctor and the baby is doing fine. Now that she’s passed the second trimester, she just had an ultrasound to find out whether it’s a boy or a girl – and she left the appointment walking on cloud nine!”
Last October, the 21-year-old make-up mogul opened up about wanting a second child with Travis, 26.
"I want another baby but ‘when?’ is the question. I’m not ready right this second, and I don’t know when I will be,” the reality star told fans on Snapchat.
"I definitely want another girl…and I want her to have a really feminine name, that’s all I know.”
But was the lipgloss queen already secretly pregnant?
“They’re actively trying for another,” continues the source, adding that Kylie and Travis have fallen “more in love” since Stormi’s birth.
