Even though little babygirl Mila is just a few weeks old, her mother has already managed to bounce back and flaunt her insanely toned body in a series of bikini pictures posted to her Instagram.
The personal trainer who has her own exercise program for mums-to-be said that she's just begun her postpartum training after being given the all clear from her doctor.
However, she did consistently workout through the full pregnancy.
She has explained how her program BUMPFIT kept her body strong and healthy throughout the pregnancy. With the all clear to workout again, she's focusing on rebuilding and strengthening her pelvic floor, core and overall body strength and movement.
She has also given a word of advice to new mums by encouraging them to get the all clear from their doctors before they start any post-birth exercise.
