Monday night saw the highly anticipated Australian premiere of Season 17 ofKeeping Up With The Kardashians.
Throughout the episode, viewers witnessed Kim Kardashian West go through a tumultuous journey with her health.
The reality star broke down in tears as a doctor informed her that she tested positive for lupus antibodies as well as rheumatoid arthritis.
As her sister, Kylie Jenner, comforted her, Kim revealed that she had been experiencing joint pain, headaches and tiredness ahead of the birth of her fourth child Psalm West (who was born through a surrogate in May this year).
However, her doctor Daniel Wallace reassured her that the results did not confirm the presence of the diseases.

As the episode began, the 38-year-old told her mother Kris Jenner that she had been experiencing exhaustion and had in fact taken a urine test to check if she was pregnant.
Later on in the episode, Kim - who is married to Kanye West - claimed her hands went numb as she played a game with her son Saint West.
The law school student was moved to Google her symptoms and visit Dr Daniel Wallace with her sister Khloe Kardashian tagging along for support.
After Kim told the doctor that her hands were itchy and swollen, the health specialist explained that rheumatoid arthritis was the "worst-case scenario" and issued a blood test.
When the brunette caught up with her best friend, Jonathan Cheban for lunch at Burgerim, her symptoms appeared to have returned.
As the Food God blogger showed Kim his phone charging case, she struggled to lift the device.
"I woke up and my hands were stiff," she told him.
"I couldn't use my hands. I couldn't pick up my toothbrush. I couldn't do my bra. It was really bad."
"I'm freaking out, I have a baby on the way and law school. You have to think about how much this is going to affect your life," Kim confessed in the episode.

Later, Kim received a call from her doctor about her test results while she was with her sister Kylie.
"As far as your results. Your antibodies tested positive for lupus and Rheumatoid Arthritis," Wallace said.
"You'd have, in addition to swollen joints, you'd have fevers, rashes, mouth sores, be really tired."
However, the doctor also revealed that it didn't necessarily mean she had lupus, adding, "sometimes you can get false positives in these screenings."
Kylie appeared to be emotional at the news, telling her older sister, "The scariest part is that we just don't know."
