When it comes to her three-year-old daughter, Kate Ritchie is usually very 'hush-hush', but on the 30-year anniversary of Home And Away the actress couldn't help but get sentimental.
The 39-year-old spent the day reminiscing about her days as Sally Fletcher on the iconic Aussie soap, which she was cast as at the age of 9, and opened up about her 'greatest' accomplishment - her daughter, Mae.
Taking to her Instagram account, Ritchie wrote: 'I thought the love of my life was Home and Away.
'Then I met this perfect being 😊 It’s been a long road but I am so proud and so happy that I gave myself the chance to realise my greatest life achievements didn’t all have to be thanks to Sally Fletcher 😌
How adorable are the mum and bubs matching green eyes!
Ritchie's admiring followers flooded the post with gratitude for sharing the adorable snap.
'You are a beautiful soul...as is your daughter,' one wrote.
Another added, 'Absolutely adorable, she’s a mini you 💕'
That same day, Ritchie shared several throwback photos of herself as Sally Fletcher, and all her former cast mates on Home And Away.
'First official day of shooting on a show no one had yet heard of.. 1987.. Balmain backstreets.. 👧🏻☀️🎬🎂 Happy 30th Birthday @homeandaway' she captioned the adorable throwback.
