Kate and her daughter, Mae, have left the family home in Randwick, in Sydney's east, and are believed to be staying at a $4.4million property in nearby Clovelly, which is owned by her friends and Home and Away producers, Julie McGauran and Cameron Walsh.
As pictured on Daily Mail Australia, Kate has frequently been seen at the Clovelly home, which has a granny flat.
The order states: "The defendant must not do any of the following to Katherine Leigh RITCHIE, or anyone else she has a domestic relationship with: A. assault or threaten her, B. stalk, harass or intimidate her, and C. intentionally or recklessly destroy or damage any property that belongs to or is in the possession of Katherine Leigh RITCHIE."
