For months, fans have speculated that Kate Ritchie and husband Stuart Webb had quietly parted ways following their incredibly distance public demeanour.
Now, the former Home And Away actress has addressed the rumours for the first time.
Speaking to the Australian Women's Weekly, Kate admitted that she's "not sure" what's going on in her life but she and her retired NRL player beau are committed to their marriage.
The 40-year-old said, "Of course [split rumours] are wrong...it is baseless."
She continued: "Firstly, I think good luck to anybody who thinks that they know what is going on in my life because there are times when I am not sure - and I don't mean that in a negative way."
The couple celebrated their 8th wedding anniversary last month, and share four-year-old daughter Mae.
