While visiting Ballymena, Kate was introduced to five-month-old James Barr.
According to royal reporter Robert Jobson, Kate's interaction with the child and his father, Alan Barr, left her feeling "broody."
When the mother-of-three told Alan of her feeling, the crowd was sent into a frenzy, shouting the question "baby number four?"
Expressreported that Alan himself asked Kate, "baby number four?"
To which Kate responded:
"I think William would be a little worried!"
Thus, it seems that Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis are more than enough for the Duke of Cambridge and that William and Kate are not expecting baby number four.
