Little Charlotte appears to have inherited her aptitude for the sport from her mother, the Duchess of Cambridge, who is an avid tennis player and patron of the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club since 2016.
According to Express.co.uk, the second Cambridge child started lessons at the tender age of two-and-a-half at an ultra exclusive private members' club, Hurlingham Club in London.
HELLO! magazine also confirmed that Charlotte's brother Prince George was enrolled in tuition at Hurlingham.
The Duchess is reportedly keen to impart her love of athletics to her children, having been a keen sportswoman throughout her school and university years.
The Windsor family are long-time fans of tennis, with senior members of the clan including Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cornwall regularly attending Wimbledon.
In 2018 Kate joined the newly minted Duchess of Sussex in a court side box to watch Meghan's close friend Serena Williams compete in the women's final.
