Karl's mid-life crisis: I need to lose my 'dad-bod'

Karl Stefanivic’s reported infatuation with Delta Goodrem and other young blondes around town is consistent with what friends are calling his ‘midlife crisis’.

Doing little to break stereotypes, the Today host has been spotted trying to sculpt his dad bod into something less resembling a middle-aged physique, with help from personal training sessions. Snapped working up a sweat last week in Sydney, Karl was seen boxing and performing stomach crunches as he attempts to shape arm definition and get a chiseled six-pack.

With some friends fearing a trophy girlfriend and a bright red sports car are inevitably next for the newly single father, will the TV host find what he’s looking for?
