Nova radio host and inaugural MasterChef Australia winner Julie Goodwin has been fined and had her licence suspended after admitting to drink driving.
The 47-year-old pleaded guilty at NSW’s Gosford Local Court on May 25 to driving with a mid- range level of alcohol in an incident back in April, before being 6 given a $600 fine and copping a six-month driving ban.
‘I have acted in a way so contrary to what I believe, to how I usually conduct myself, and to what I have taught my children,’ she said in a Facebook post.
‘Many lessons will flow from this, and I will learn from each of them.’
