The former soap star was joined by Lynne McGranger, her daughter Clancy, Scott Lee and Ada Nicodemou.
The Home And Away reunion comes days after Lynne McGranger told The Morning Show how her former co-star was coping with his brain cancer diagnosis.
'We miss him a lot and I know he misses us. I don't think I am giving too much away by saying I am having lunch with him today.' she said.
'He is doing really well. He has a few days of the month when he is having treatment, a bit crook, but after that, he is doing really well'.
Lynne's comments have sparked many people to believe that Ruffo's character Chris Harrington could be making a return to the Bay!
McGranger further added, 'I believe he is doing another walk from brain cancer this weekend. He is fantastic.'
Lynne is referring to Johnny's amazing contribution to brain cancer foundation, Cure Brain Cancer. The 29-year-old entertainer has become an avid advocate for brain cancer fundraising since his diagnosis earlier this year. He has already participated in several fundraising events.
The outing also comes just days after Johnny spent the weekend celebrating his girlfriend Tahnee Sims' birthday. The two indulged in an entire weekend at the Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour hotel.
The former X-Factor contestant even posted an adorable snap of the two, captioning, 'Happy bday to this chicka, she can get on my nerves sometimes but i literally wouldn't be here without her, hope you've had an amazing day babe and cant wait for the weekend xxx'
Johnny also recently announced that he was back in the recording studio making music! We can't wait to hear what he releases.
