The Daily Telegraph also reports that the actress who is currently being treated as an outpatient will also practice her renewed religious devotion to the Hillsong Church to help her cope.
“She likes to think of herself as a devout member of the Hillsong congregation and very much enjoys the musical interaction at church,” said the source.
“Hopefully Jess now has enough support strategies in place to help her through the production shoot that is ahead.”
The actress also took to social media to praise her boyfriend Jake Holly for his support.
She wrote: 'You can go 40 days without food, 4 days without water, 4 minutes without air, but not a moment without hope.
'So grateful for hope-filled and faith-filled humans who have contagious kindness. Love transcends all barriers both internal and external, the world could do with more of it. ❤️'
Sending love and well wishes to the Love Child actress.
