James Middleton has just melted hearts everywhere by proving he is quite possibly the world’s most devoted doggy dad.
The Duchess of Cambridge’s younger brother was spotted taking two out of five of his canine cuties for a bicycle ride in London’s swanky Chelsea.
Rugged up against the bitter winter chill, James sported a quilted vest and jumper and jaunty hat, whilst his furry friends cheekily poked their heads out of the special dog bike.
Spending time outdoors with pets is a sure-fire way to lift your spirits; and following the 31-year old’s recent op-ed for the Daily Mail about his secret battle with depression, it would seem James is on the right track to getting his mental health back on track.
“During the day I’d drag myself up and go to work, then just stare with glazed eyes at my computer screen, willing the hours to tick by so I could drive home again,” James wrote.
“Debilitating inertia gripped me. I couldn’t respond to the simplest message so I didn’t open my emails.”
“I couldn’t communicate, even with those I loved best: my family and close friends,” James continued.
James went on to reveal that after months of suffering, and even contemplating suicide, he decided to do something.
Thankfully, the handsome businessman appears to be in a much better place these days. The youngest Middleton has been quietly dating French girlfriend Alizee Thevenet and has recently made his private Instagram account public.
