In a heartfelt Instagram post, Jake called upon his followers to donate to Eleanor's Go Fund Me page, explaining that the lifesaving treatment for the toddler's stage 4 neuroblastoma is only available in the United States.
"PLEASE READ....we’ve raised 215 out of the 300k needed to get Eleanor over the US for urgent life-saving treatment.
"Time is not our best friend here. This is my little mate Eleanor."
"At 18 months of age Eleanor was diagnosed with stage 4 neuroblastoma - an aggressive form of childhood cancer. Since then Eleanor has had multiple surgery’s and most recently a brain tumour, yet is still smiling.
"We are so close to reaching the target to give her a chance. Please if anyone can spare a couple bucks, the link is in my bio or go to www.eleanorsfight.com.au for her go fund me campaign."
'Eleanor's Fight' has currently raised $259,622. If you would like to donate click HERE.
