The Kyle and Jackie O co-host revealed the large spot was a result of applying Aldara cream, a medicine used to treat precancerous skin growths, superficial basal cell carcinoma and excessive sun exposure.
The celebrity BFFs acted out a tongue and cheek exchange where they joked about Jackie wearing the mark to the Melbourne Cup instead of her usual designer accessories.
"It doesn't matter how windy it gets, this thing ain't coming off!" Jackie said, adding the scar would last several weeks.
The mother-of-one tagged Australia's Melanoma Institute in the final clip, undoubtedly encouraging her fans to have skin tags and moles checked by experts.
Jackie announced her split from husband of 15 years Lee Henderson in late October.
