Jack won Australia's Got Talent back in 2011, before disappearing from the public eye for several years, only to reemerge on The Voice.
After the host Sonja Kruger revealed he was dumped, news that the coaches Kelly Rowland, Delta Goodrem and Boy George said they didn't see coming, he vowed to never stop singing again, after leaving the business disillusioned in the aftermath of his aborted teen pop career.
"This has just honestly been the most incredible experience of my life," he raved upon leaving The Voice.
"It's just been so healing and it's just - there is no words to describe it. I just want to thank everyone, the whole team, Guy Sebastian, all of you, just everyone.
"It's honestly changed my life and I'm never going to stop singing ever again."
