Wearing custom J. Andreatta - the same couturier worn by Jasmine Yarborough on her wedding day and loved by Jesinta Campbell - Jess exchanged vows with the financier at Malibu's Adamson House.
Other famous faces on the guest list include Home and Away's Ashleigh Brewer, Entertainment Tonight's Renee Bargh, actress Bella Heathcote, and even Andy Lee and Rebecca Harding.
"A perfect day celebrating these two love birds with my own. Congratulations on finding each other," Rebecca shared with her own couple shot with the bride and groom.
Ashleigh also celebrated the newlyweds, posting "So much love to you Jess and Pat!"
Noticeably absent from social media pictures was her sister and Home and Away actress Penny McNamee, who only just welcomed her second child with husband Matt Tooker, a daughter name Neve.
Earlier this year, Jess kept tight-lipped about the nuptials, only telling the Herald Sun, "We're trying to keep it under wraps. He's a lovely Australian boy who has moved to America."
And added, "He's not in the business, which is great, he's a property developer."
