She also had this to share with her therapist, “It seems harsh, but I really just stop thinking about people once a relationship has been severed.”
The ladies initially met back in 2017 and forged a friendship after Aniston appeared on Chelsea’s previous talk show on E!
According to Radar online, Aniston even gave her friend the first interview after getting engaged to actor Justin Theroux (the pair have since split)
The article also notes that although Chelsea didn’t directly name Jennifer in her book, she tells her therapist that she wanted to wok on herself and her relationships.
She comments, “It was a psychological work out,” and “Going back to Dan week after week, knowing that I was stripping away all the layers of protection I had pent years fortifying, was particularly dreadful. I knew it was worth continuing.”
However it has been said that the two women have since reconciled. A source shared with Radar, that they have “moved past it and are friends again.”
Apparently, Chelsea was even cordially invited to Jen's 50th birthday celebration. The same birthday she also invited ex-hubby Brad Pitt to.
It seems Jen is on the path of healing old wounds and relationships.
We applaud her (and Chelsea) for doing so!
Handler expresses, “I know that I lack empathy, and I need to look out for it,”
Chelsea’s memoir will be out this month.
