Since birth they were conjoined at the head, unable to see each other.
But now twins Jadon and Anias McDonald have finally seen each other after a successful 27-hour operation to separate them.
A month after the surgery they have been photographed looking at each other for the first time.
The 13-month-old boys will soon go into rehab. Jadon is doing well and is ready to move but his brother is struggling, having contracted viruses and infections.
But their surgeon believes Anias will pull through and he thinks Jadon will be a great help.
