Taking photos of her cooking after every session, the fit Central Coast mum pops them on her Instagram page and gets hundreds of likes.
“I get constant messages asking me for meal prep tips, how I do it and even telling me I’m an inspiration,” she tells New Idea.
A recent post shows her Sunday night spoils which include Kanga balls, beans, sweet potato fries, Turkey San Choy bow, bunless roo and bacon burger and Kaleslaw.
“Eating from prepared foods does not need to be boring, she says. “Get creative and always food prep foods you will enjoy.”
The mum of two, who has lost 30 kilos on her regime, which includes weekly meal prep and daily gym sessions, is always happy to give newbie preppers some top tips for success:
“I use meal prep containers from Meal Prep Australia,” she begins. They are dishwasher and microwave safe as well as being a great size.
I like to cook with coconut oil or spray. Although heating and eating meals from the container is most convenient I’ll heat and create a meal with the ingredients I have.
“If I add sauces they are very low in calories like sriracha hot sauce and no added sugar sauces,” she says.
When adding flavours I mainly use physique chef products. They are natural and gluten free and have lots of choice.
“If you have leftovers once your food prep is done why not put them in the freezer?” She suggests.
