Watch: House Rules' Tamara fights for more space
“It was the worst week of my life,” Tamara tells New Idea. “You feel isolated and you just feel like a grubby person coming from the backyard.
"It was rough, but it pushed us to do well and I think we had a good week because of it.”

Tamara and Rhys didn't enjoy staying in the tent.
“I think that was the biggest struggle,” says Rhys. “I mean, the tent’s the tent, but it’s more what it represents.”
“It’s a real confidence knock,” adds Tamara. “You start doubting whether you can do a good job, so it’s a mental battle more than anything to fight for good scores in the next reno.”
But, did the couple do enough to make it out of the tent?
