Troubling details are emerging about the arrest of Honey Boo Boo's mother Mama June in Alabama last Wednesday.
According to Daily Mail, the 39-year-old reality star - real name June Shannon - was found with white powder and drug paraphernalia and charged with possession of crack cocaine.
But now audio obtained by TMZ appears to show the mother-of-four in a disoriented and manic state while speaking to a tow truck operator in the aftermath of her arrest.
The Mama June: From Not to Hot star's trouble began when she got into an altercation with her boyfriend Geno Doak outside a gas station.
Police were called to the scene and subsequently discovered illegal substances and needles inside the vehicle.
Doak, 42, was arrested on charges of domestic violence and harassment after he threatened officers during the search.
Shannon and Doak have been in a relationship for three years.
Felony drug possession in the state of Alabama carries a sentence of up to ten years imprisonment as well as a fine of up to $15,000 USD.
Season three of her spin off show, From Not to Hot, premieres this Friday.
