The Home and Away star recently announced she is launching a mental health website called Believe by Sam Frost alongside her sister, Kristine Ross. Aussie reality TV star has said the website will act as a mental health platform for young women and girls struggling with a range of emotional issues and social media.

Speaking to the Daily Telegraph, the Australian actress explained: “It is basically a safe space where people can go to feel less alone.
“We are talking to mental health professionals opening up about navigating social media, which people can sometimes struggle with. We’ve got a long way to go but the website is almost launched so it is exciting.”
“There have been a lot of mental health issues within our family, stuff we have struggled with ourselves,” she continued.
“A lot of people have reached out to me because I have been publicly open about my struggles. I wanted to create a platform where people can share stories to feel like they are not alone, to have a sense of community.
“In mental health, there is not a lot of things out there where people can feel safe and trusted.”
Sam, has been in a relationship with Dave Bashford since last year, previously admitted how she sought therapy following her appearances on reality shows, The Bachelor and The Bachelorette and following her failed relationship with Sasha Mielczarek and Blake Garvey.
