Kate Ritchie's husband Stuart Webb banned from approaching her
The temporary AVO was extended for 14 days after a short hearing
Actress Kate Ritchie's husband is banned from approaching his wife for two weeks according to the terms of a police-issued temporary AVO.
The terms also stipulate that the former NRL player Stuart Webb, 39, cannot approach or be in the company of his wife, 41, ‘for at least 12 hours after drinking alcohol or taking illicit drugs’.

The order continues: 'The defendant must not do any of the following to Katherine Leigh RITCHIE, or anyone else she has a domestic relationship with: A. assault or threaten her, B. stalk, harass or intimidate her, and C. intentionally or recklessly destroy or damage any property that belongs to or is in the possession of Katherine Leigh RITCHIE.'
This was his second drink-driving offence, following an offence seven years earlier.
The couple has been married since 2010 and together are parents to their four-year-old daughter, Mae.
Earlier in the week Ritchie attended the 2019 Australian Commercial Radio Awards in Brisbane, where she walked the red carpet alone.

Kate is most famous for her long-running role as Sally Fletcher in beloved soap Home & Away, but is more enjoys a career as an award-winning radio broadcaster, and an author of children's books.
