Earlier in the week, Jasmine is understandably upset when her husband tells her that Colby (Tim Franklin) wants them to vacate his apartment so that Bella (Courtney Miller) can move back in with him.
“This is all just so frightening for Jasmine,” says Sam. “Having to find a new place to live is certainly another challenge for both her and Robbo.
“Colby has been really good about trying to help them – he’s been such a great friend to both of them. Jasmine and Robbo do understand that it’s just too dangerous for Colby and Bella if they continue to stay at his place. But they have to find another solution really quickly.”
Soon after, with safe places for the couple scarce on the ground, the besieged pair find themselves holed up in a dingy motel.
And with Jasmine and Robbo more on edge than they’ve ever been, it’s not long before the pair are once again at loggerheads. As a huge argument erupts, Robbo storms off, unable to cope.
“It’s understandably a pretty tense situation,” says Sam.
“Robbo’s able to come and go from the motel room, but Jasmine has to stay there. She does feel like a prisoner, and it’s little wonder that she and Robbo end up yelling at each other.”
But Robbo’s argument with Jasmine will soon be the furthest thing from his mind. Driving to see Lance (Angus McLaren), Robbo notices an envelope poking out from under the car visor. And it contains the menacing demand – ‘Tick tock, times almost up’ – along with a truly chilling image. What will Robbo do now?
