Home And Away shock: Revenge in The Dead Centre
A plume of red dust trails the bus as it rockets through the red centre.
On board are the stars of Home And Away: Revenge, Dan Ewing and Lisa Gormley, who couldn’t be further from Summer Bay.
It’s hot and the actors swipe away flies as they step off the bus onto the red dirt surrounding Ooraminna Homestead, which
is 40km outside of Alice Springs.
Despite the harsh setting, Dan and Lisa feel completely at home, stepping into the roles of married couple Heath and Bianca Braxton – the characters they’ve been playing, on and off, in the hit Channel Seven show for almost six years.
‘This is so fun,’ Dan tells New Idea. 'To have the opportunity to come out here and shoot one of the mot beautiful landscapes in the world is pretty special.'
Home And Away: Revenge is the sequel to last year's special, An Eye For An Eye.
'I don't want to give away too much, but the scripts are great,' raves Dan.
