“Pelvic Girdle Pain - have you heard of it, had it or got it? I DO! But it's not really something to 'shout' about, well not in a 'celebratory' way anyway.. more in like a 'pain' way!!! I experienced it towards the very end of my pregnancy with Miller - but I got some terrible advice from a (false advertising) womens physio, who didn't recognise the problem and actually made it worse....
