Kyle Sandilands has suffered a shocking health-scare on-air!
The 46-year-old shock jock was told by a listener to go to the hospital immediately after he revealed a troubling symptom during their Wednesday show.
Sandilands complained about a ‘strange vibrating sensation’ in his right leg, and a caller recommended he seek medical attention ‘ASAP.’
‘You really need to get to emergency ASAP…It’s a blood clot,’ the female caller said.
She continued: ‘The vibrating leg is a symptom of a blood clot, you need to get that checked out as soon,’ but Kyle cut her off, saying: ‘I’ll worry about it later.’
The caller urged Kyle to follow up with a medical professional, telling him: ‘You don’t want to lose your leg or have a blood clot travel to your lung.’
But, instead of taking her advice, Kyle claimed spending the day at hospital would be a ‘waste of time.’
Newsreader Brooklyn Ross agreed with the caller, saying: ‘Blood clots can actually kill you,’ and co-host Jackie O chimed, ‘incredibly serious’.
The woman pressed Kyle on seeing a doctor, explaining she has a medical background and a friend who had the same symptoms, but it remains unclear if Kyle has sought any medical attention.
