Ingredients
480g loaf stone-baked garlic sourdough
1 cup grated mozzarella
1⁄2 cup finely grated parmesan
1⁄2 cup semi-dried tomatoes,chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
150g shaved leg ham, torn
Method

Place bread on an oven tray lined with baking paper.
2 Combine mozzarella, parmesan and tomatoes in
a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well. Reserve 1⁄3 cup of mixture.3 Divide ham and remaining cheese mixture evenly between pre-cut slices of loaf. Sprinkle reserved cheese mixture over the top.
4 Cook in a hot oven (200C) for about 15 minutes, or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
5 Serve warm.
