200g packet pikelets (8)
50g sachet pizza sauce with garlic and herbs
150g shaved leg ham
225g can pineapple pieces in juice, drained
1 cup grated pizza cheese
Place pikelets in a single layer on a large oven tray lined with baking paper.
2 Spread pizza sauce. Divide ham and pineapple over sauce. Sprinkle with cheese.
3 Cook in a very hot oven (220C) for about 10 to 12 minutes, or until cheese is melted and golden brown. Remove from oven. Stand for 5 minutes.
4 Serve pikelets warm.
