Guy Sebastian has undergone an inspirational makeover after training with Men's Health celebrity transformation coach Chief Brabon and Emilie Barbon-Hames for the last 8 weeks.

Many trainers and coaches ask @emiliebrabonhames and I what the secret is to dramatically increasing an athlete's lean muscle mass while still stripping unwanted fat. . To be honest, there's no secret. It's simply combining proven training methods with science based nutritional programming. . One lesser utilised concept that I incorporate into our personal coaching sessions, to achieve rapid gains in strength and muscularity, is Applied Variable Resistance Range-of-Motion training. . This is a fantastic way to add considerable resistance to an exercise when working with a limited range of equipment (if any at all). . Here @guysebastian is working with a weight far below what would be required to reach momentary muscular failure within our target rep range. . By applying varied levels of manual resistance to his wrists throughout the movement I can insure that he is not only working at capacity, but that he has resistance throughout the entire movement. . From a coach's perspective, it takes some time to get a "feel" for just how much resistance to apply, but after 25yrs, I think I have it dialled in 👌🏼. . . . . #transformation #transformationcoach #R3BOOT #MHTransformation #MHFitspo #MensHealth @underarmouraust @menshealthau #WantItEarnIt #GruntAthletic @beultrafit
