A US report has claimed that the late Freddie Mercury has a 'secret son' in Germany. The revelation comes as more personal details of the star's life emerge in the wake of the success of the Bohemian Rhapsody film - including the sale of personal papers.
According to the report the Queen singer moved to Munich in the early 80s and immersed himself in the local party scene where he fathered a child.
A source told The National Enquirer: 'The mother used to party with Freddie and his gang. But she dropped out of that crowd suddenly when she got pregnant.'

The mother who the publication is unable to name claims that although she's not sure who the father is, she suspects it is Freddie.
'He grew a moustache once and looked just like Freddie,' the source continued.
The legendary rocker was known to be bisexual was believed to share his bed with plenty of men and women.
'Freddie had a voracious sexual appetite, so if there wasn’t a man around, he’d go with a girl. He could easily have fathered a love child,' the source added.
Freddie died in 1991 after he contracted the AIDS virus.
