JUST IN! The new $14 Kmart appliance that Kmart Mums say is ‘the best thing’ they ever EVER bought!

Who doesn’t love a new gadget? And heaven knows we’ve seen our share of Kmart gadgets and kitchen storage systems that have changed many people’s lives – from the Pie Maker and the 2 in 1 Chopper to the new Food Saver and pantry containers.But now it seems that the budget chain’s $14 7-Cup Rice Cooker is the latest appliance to get the big tick of approval from mums around the country.

While rice cookers certainly aren’t a new gadget in homes around Australia, the new reviews on the Kmart version – which, at $14, is a fraction of the price of many other brands – are unbelievable!

Sharing a pic of her dinner – made in part in the Kmart appliance – to the awesome Kmart Mums Australia Facebook group, member Sarah says that her new rice cooker has ‘changed her life’!

She writes: ‘Can I just say that this $14 Kmart rice cooker has changed my life!!!!! Lifelong rice screwer-upera over here 🙋🏼‍♀️ … and look at this separate, fluffy, non stodgy perfection!!! Every time 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻’Sarah’s post attracted hundreds of likes and comments from fellow members who also gave the appliance glowing reviews, with one saying it’s the ‘best thing I have ever bought.’

Says one: ‘I love mine, even steams veggies great.’ Said another: ‘I have the rice cooker, slow cooker and steamer. Best thing I have ever bought. It cooks rice perfectly and I use it to steam dumplings.’Other self-proclaimed ‘rice murderers’ said they couldn’t wait to buy one.Said one: ‘I just saw this post and thought the same thing!
