Adam Tranter, from London, tweeted pictures from a recent episode of the TV show in which characters Elvis Cridlington and Station Officer Steel looked like they were in a very compromising position.
Steel walked behind Elvis and tried to lift him up, which caught the attention of the rather surprised father, who initially thought it was something far more explicit.
The tweet has gone viral, with one person joking that things were 'getting randy in Pontypandy'.
Despite first appearances, the scene had a very innocent explanation - Elvis had get caught in a chair and Steel was simply trying to help him out.
The post has since gone viral, with it being retweeted over 7000 times.
One person's comment has also garnered a lot of attention from amused social media followers. It says, 'Getting randy in Pontypandy.'
