Karl Stefanovic and Jasmine Yarbrough have obtained their wedding license ahead of their ‘no expenses spared’ wedding in Mexico next month.

'Karl and Jasmine have secured their marriage licence ahead of their wedding in Mexico,' a source told Daily Mail Australia.

'It was done recently ... both are looking forward to celebrating with their family and friends in Mexico’.

The pair held a commitment ceremony in Sydney in March.

The guest list is shaping up to feature approximately 60 of Karl and Jasmine's closest friends and family, including plenty of celebrities, billionaires and socialites.

The Sydney Morning Herald reported that Karl's children from his first marriage to Cassandra Thorburn will attend the wedding.
