Bradley Edwards' trial
Edwards, who will face trial in July 2019, has denied all allegations and plead guilty to all charges. Edwards' pre-trial hearing was delayed in February this year after a self-inflicted wound forced him to be admitted to hospital.
When Edwards, a former Telstra employee and Little Athletics volunter was arrested in 2016, police allegedly discovered “extreme pornography” at his home. In his pre-trial in February, the court heard he had an obsessive interest in abduction and rape.
Edwards trial is to begin on July 22 and expected to run for nine months.
