“Well - haven’t we had an eventful 10 days!” Emma announced.
“William Anthony Rundle burst into the world very unexpectedly on 16 April 2019 at 7.06pm - 6 weeks early,” she said.
Weighing 2.5kg, 49cm – William has long legs, blue eyes, fair hair and chubby cheeks, she told fans.
The couple have been unable to take William home as yet and have been in hospital since his arrival, as is the case with premature babies.
“He is perfectly healthy, just needs time to adapt to the outside world. He is making amazing progress every day,” shared the proud mum.
She continued: “Charlie and I are completely besotted with him. He has already bought us infinite joy and love, despite his speedy arrival! He is a beautiful, loving baby.”
Emma praised her husband, Charlie, who she described as “a total rock”.
“Dad has been a total rock during the moments where I have struggled emotionally with having a premmie. I couldn’t imagine my life as a Mum without Charlie. He is incredible,” she said.
She went on to thank nurses and doctors at Sydney Children’s Hospital, describing them as “true angels who have become trusted guardians for Will”.
Emma gushed: “We can’t wait to take our little guy home.”
Congratulations!
