Speaking to Husskie, the fitness enthusiast – who is also working with WaterAid on their latest campaign – revealed just what she eats on an average day.
‘I start with a smoothie in the morning which consists of: banana, vital greens, maca powder, cacao, cinnamon, protein and blueberries, topped with nuts and hemp seeds,’ the star told the publication.
‘Lunch is something very simple like a salad with protein, and dinner is usually fish and veggies.’
However when it comes to exercise, Elyse – who boasts an Instagram following of more than 800,000 – says every week is different.
‘My weekly exercise is always different, depending on where I am with work so it’s a bit hard to give you an exact outline,’ she said.
‘I do gym classes, Pilates and boxing. I mix it up depending on what tickles my fancy. I think it’s important to stay motivated and have fun
It's been a busy few weeks for Elyse.
Not only did she and Josh win The Block by selling their house to radio host and Comedian Dave 'Hughesy' Hughes for a whopping $3,067,000, but the Victorian-based star took to Instagram last month to reveal that she had secured a campaign with lingerie company Bras N Things.
'A bit of femininity is always a ripper way to boost your self-confidence,’ she wrote, alongside an image of herself in a pretty blue lingerie set.
‘Women should embrace & love their bodies because all shapes & sizes are absolutely beautiful!’ she continued.
