Two days after a former patient claimed she was molested, American television personality Dr. Phil McGraw was hit with another lawsuit.
Crystal Matchett, also a former patient, filed the lawsuit in October 2009 accusing the psychologist of ‘indecent exposure, brainwashing, public ridicule, mental and physical abuse, sexual harassment and emotion distress,’ Radar Online reports.
Matchett lived in Dr. Phil’s house in 2007 for the TV series House of Judgment.
Matchett’s suit came after Shirley Dieu’s, who also lived in ‘Dr. Phil’s house’. She allegedly claimed Dr. Phil ‘touched her left breast’ and ‘forced her to be in the same room as a completely naked man while he exposed his entire body, genitals and all,’ Radar reports.
A spokesperson for Dr. Phil said the claims were ‘without merit.’
Another patient of Dr. Phil’s, Sarah Morrison, revealed to Radar Online that she was fondled while a patient of his.
‘Not a single day has gone by when I haven’t been affected by what Phil McGraw did to me,’ she said.
A rep for Dr. Phil says her 'claims are not only untrue, they were thoroughly investigated by the board more than 20 years ago, found to be without merit, and summarily dismissed.'
