Ingredients
1 large packet Doritos
250g chicken tenders
1/2 cup plain flour
1 egg, beaten
Method

Preheat the oven to 200c (400f).

Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.

Pulse the Doritos in a food processor until they become a fine crumb. Set aside in a big bowl.

Dust the chicken with all-purpose flour, shake off the excess, dip in the beaten egg, and then coat evenly with the Dorito mix. Lay on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Repeat the steps until all chicken are coated.

Bake for 15 minutes and serve immediately.
