The error occurs at the very start of the statement which reads, “President Donald J. Trump and First Lady Melania Trump accepted the invitation of Her Royal Majesty Queen Elizabeth II."
As some nit-picking fans pointed out, the correct way to address Queen Elizabeth would be "Her Majesty" or "Your Majesty".
The White House seems to have mixed up the titles, as "Your Royal Highness" or "His/Her Royal Highness" is the correct way to address royals such as Prince Charles, Harry and William, but it is certainly not how one addresses Her Majesty the Queen.
Hopefully Trump learns the difference before his trip in June!
