Mr Nolch claimed feminism and mainstream media had hijacked 'a vaccine-causing issue', which he claims is autism, and turned it into a women's right's issue where 'men are bad'.
On social media following Ms Dixon's death, Mr Nolch wrote on Facebook: 'The mainstream media is running a brainwashing program which is designed to make everyone think that males are bad'.
'I was upset that vaccines caused the killers autism.'
Mr Nolch, who said he won't fight his charges, is scheduled to appear in Melbourne Magistrates' Court on August 10 after being granted bail.
The vandalism came just days after 22-year-old Eurydice Dixon's body was found in the middle of a soccer pitch in Carlton North.
A 19-year old man was charged with one count each of murder and rape.
