The 42-year-old actress has previously spoken about how she keeps in shape.
“Exercise has always been my safe space. It's a time for me to completely unwind, push myself, and discover my inner — and outer — strength,” she told Good Housekeeping back in 2018.
“I love strength training, but I also incorporate yoga into my routine. Yoga, in particular, is great for toning your booty.”
And, the hard work is certainly paying off for the mum, who appeared to be in better shape than ever as attended the rodeo with her four-year-old twins, Sasha and Tristan.
While Elsa and the kids appeared to be enjoying themselves, the day wasn’t without controversy.
The Rainbow Animal Rights Activists group announced that they would be protesting the event.
“We'll also be handing out some fliers with some information to inform the public of what happens to the animals that are inside there,” group member, Angel Yaffa told NBN News.
“It's time for Australia and particularly Byron Bay, which is a very progressive society, to start looking at this form of entertainment, which really is cruelty.”
