“We might have a white Christmas I think,” she tells New Idea of the family’s plan for the holiday.
“We will go skiing with the kids or something like that, they’ll love it.”
While we might not get to see a topless Chris, we can just imagine how cute the family will look rugged up in their snow suits!
But, before they jet off for the holidays, Elsa is busy promoting her new Netflix series Tidelands.
When ex-con, Cal (Charlotte) returns to her hometown after a stint in prison she begins to uncover generation-long conspiracies involving drugs, murder and a mysterious group of half-human, half-sirens known as ‘Tidelanders,’ led by the seductive Adrielle (Elsa).
“The story, when you read it you get into it,” she says.
“I have always been a fan of the legend of the sirens. It was interesting they are sirens but don’t have scales, they look like humans. That was a part of the story that I thought was great.”
The series was also shot in Brisbane which was only a couple of hours drive from Elsa and Chris’s home in Byron Bay.
“It was amazing not having to move,” she gushes. “I only had to drive for a couple of hours to shoot in amazing places with great actors, it has been like a dream for me.”
What’s more, the family are currently in the process of renovating their Byron Bay Mansion and Elsa admits that they are looking forward to the finished product.
“Renovations are hard always and long,” Elsa admits of the build. “We are ready to move in but I don’t think [the renovations] are ready.”
