A shock new report is sensationally alleging that Zsa Zsa Gabor’s husband Prince Frederic von Anhalt is telling family and friends that he is ‘glad’ the Hollywood star is finally dead.
Passing away on Sunday aged 99 after years of debilitating illness, the star remained bedridden in her final years while her Frederic continued to live a flamboyant and public life.
‘Prince Frederic is glad she is finally dead. It is a huge relief for him and he has been waiting for her to go for several years now,’ a source outrageously told RadarOnline, adding that Zsa Zsa was ‘miserable’ for years and ‘felt like a prisoner trapped in her bed’.
‘Prince Frederic feels that he can finally live his life without having to worry about Zsa Zsa all the time. Her leg amputation and severe health problems over the past couple of years made her really, really bitter towards him.’
Maintaining the image of a doting husband, Frederic described their relationship as ‘a big love affair’, but sources outlandishly claim that behind closed doors their marriage was anything but.
‘Zsa Zsa was constantly angry and yelled at Prince Frederic nonstop,’ said the source. ‘Instead of footing the responsibility of having to take care of her, he hired a team of nurses. Even though he was using her money to pay for it, he would still bark about how expensive she was to take care of.’
The Prince has yet to comment on the sensational allegations.
